We currently ship within New Zealand.

Orders are processed within 1 business day generally, and shipped via NZ Post Couriers. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times typically range between 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that rural deliveries may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is $7.30 for urban orders under $95, rural costs may vary. Orders over $95 are shipped free and require an address that parcels can be signed for.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier services. These are outside of our control.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
