We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at hello@adel.co.nz as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item (if eligible).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
