Where are ADEL orders shipped from?
All ADEL orders are shipped from New Zealand.
Tracking is normally provided within 1 business day of purchase.
What materials are used?
Our collection includes a mix of carefully selected materials including 316L stainless steel, gold plated stainless steel, gold plated sterling silver, moissanite and cubic zirconia.
Items should be hypoallergenic and do not contain zinc or cadmium, brass or copper.

Will ADEL jewelry tarnish?
Care depends on the material used.
Many pieces in the collection are designed for everyday wear, however we still recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions.

Do you offer returns?
We accept returns within 30 days for unworn items returned in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
